All prices listed are in US dollars.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs will be a $5.00 flat rate anywhere in the world.
What shipping methods are available?
We currently only provide standard shipping:
Standard: 8 - 12 business days
Please keep in mind that we need a few days to process your order and the above are the times your order will reach you after we have processed, packed, and shipped your order.
Are there any additional costs?
We don't add VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the checkout page, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
However - In most countries in the world you have to pay taxes on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes. The rules are different in every country.
In any one country the rules are often applied differently in different places, and sometimes rather randomly.
As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.

What payment methods do you offer?
We currently offer two payment methods: PayPal and credit card.
PayPal is a secure and trusted payment processing service which allows you to shop online.
Paying by credit card is safe, easy and convenient.
Note: You do not need to already be a member of PayPal to select this option.
All your credit card details are securely stored by PayPal and not us. Paying by Credit Card through PayPal is a quick, secure, and convenient way to order from us.
Do you provide discounts on bulk orders?
Yes, we may be able to provide different discounts based on your total order or bulk quantity of a product.

Do you provide customization?
Yes, we provide custom names on selected products. It is usually included in the price unless stated otherwise.

Why are your prices so low?
Our prices are much lower than other places because we get our products directly from the wholesaler. We pass on the savings to you, the customer, with little markup so anyone can enjoy these products.
Can we resell your jerseys?
Yes! By all means, if you want to mark up the cost of the products for some profit and sell them, go for it!
In these economic times, everyone is short on cash and it would always be good to get some extra income.
What is your return policy?
RETURNS
You may return a product for refund within 8 days of receipt of the product.
The product MUST contain all the original packaging and tags.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding 25% re-stocking/processing fee.
We are however, unable to provide refunds for custom products.

EXCHANGES
You may exchange a product within 8 days of receipt of the product.
The product MUST contain all the original packaging and tags.
If the product is defective or the wrong product was delivered, we will replace the product at no cost, not including shipping.
We are however, unable to provide replacement for custom products. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and all shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

CANCELLATION
You must contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. There is a 25% cancellation fee. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days from the order date. Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled.
